This 700 Rais-LandPLot located on the City 2nd ring-road proximity to the airport. 

We had been engaged on the project since the beginning for Master-Planning. Throughout the community landscape design from the main entrance/main entrance drive streetscape/main road streetscape/ lake-water features detail/main park and community’s club-house landscape.

Situated at the foothill of Chiangmai DoiSuthep-Mountain on the existing paddy-field and vacant-farmland, the site have the majestic view towards the mountain on the West. 

The concept of WELLNESS-LIVING-COMMUNITY was a target for creating the master plan for various living style from single family house, low rise condominium, community center/ commercial as well as planned area for future Development for potential Hotel/Resort typed development when feasible.

With the naked-eye, the site appeared very flat. In fact, it dropped more than 5.00m from one end to another. Existing small public irrigation-waterway feeding water from the mountain.  A small ancient-pagoda still present in the site.

The 160rais-size main LAKE was created as main feature for the master plan promoting the best view/reflection of the mountain for parcels. The purpose wasn’t only for better visual but it is also created as big retention-pond  that help solving flooding problem that occur regularly for the site and all adjacent properties/community.

Enormous earth masses excavating from the lake had been carefully designed to create project interesting landform for plots development platform and allow natural gradient flow of all surface runoff channeling into the LAKE.

To create a Wellbeing community, pedestrian and bike route had been separated from the main road, thus residence can enjoy long biking and jogging with minimal crossing only at the subdivision parcels’ entrances within the master plan.

2 Main-Parks were located at each far tips lake. The residents shall enjoy the long lake view of almost 150m.wide x 950m. long with high mountain as background. Beside being a recreational space, the parks promote residents’ social interactive gathering activities.

Northern-cultural elements and Native-vegetation had been adapted into our landscape design elements& pattern.  To signify the project main entrance, Series of 19.00-Tall elements derived from the Northern famous floating lantern are visible hundreds of meters away. The entrance’s drive employed the basket-weaving pattern, in combining with slope down towards the lake’s long view, it enhances visual illusion that the mountain appears larger in view.  

Northern-cultural elements and Native-vegetation had been adapted into our landscape architectural design elements & pattern that give a unique identity of this comfort WELLNESS-LIVING-COMMUNITY Landscape.
